In-Stock merchandise will usually ship within 2 to 14 business days from the date of order (business days are considered Monday-Friday). Our lead times may vary depending on the season or approaching a holiday. Please do not wait until the last minute to order and then expect us to push your order ahead of other orders.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total cost of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. You must fill in the zip code and click View to see the shipping options. We ship in the USA and Canada.
Return Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These melts, candles and general Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Beauty products can not be returned or exchanged.
If the product is damaged, Candle Divas provided USPS Insurance! To replace a damaged product, we will need a photo of the Shipping Box it was delivered in, showing the address label, photos Showing Damage to the shipping box if the box is damaged. We also need a photo of the damaged Product or products to Issue a replacement Product.
Damage Claims must be made within 7 days of Delivery. No Exceptions!
If you contact us stating that you did not receive your order and the tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order, you will need to contact your local post office to find your missing mail that shows as being delivered. Please email us with any questions, Info@candledivas.com
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
