Q: Where are you located?

  A: Candle Divas' home office is located in Illinois.

Q: What if I receive a broken product?

 A: We will need the order number, pictures of the product, pictures of the boxes (inner and outer) the product was received in, as well as a picture of the packing slip. Once we receive this information we will file a claim with the shipping company and send out the replacement item.

Q: Summer Heat & Winter Shipping

 A: Here at Candle Divas, we do everything we can to ensure that your wax products arrive at you perfectly in the hot summer months. However, UPS will not reimburse for melted candles or wax melts with that in mind, please understand that Candle Divas will not be held liable for melted products. Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but that we do everything we can to wrap and package your goodies to withstand the warmer temps. If it is cold outside allow the items to warm up before you open and use.

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time. 

Q: What are the shipping times?

A:  In-Stock merchandise will usually ship within 1 to 14 business days from the date of order (business days are considered Monday-Friday).

Our lead times may vary depending on the season or approaching a holiday or sale.
