How To Return an Item:

We do not offer refunds and returns are not accepted with the exception of a few divas’ boutique items.

Divas Boutique Clothing Return Policy:

We are convinced that you’ll love your purchase, however we understand that sometimes sizing doesn’t always work out. We will gladly accept returns on clothing items for Store Coupon Credit Only!

Items not eligible for return: Jewelry and Accessories, sale items, Body Suits, intimates, customized Items or bath and beauty items.

All returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused/unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in their original packaging. Free from signs of being worn, perfume, free of animal hair and free of smoke smell.
Store Credit: You will receive an electronic gift coupon (store coupon) for the purchase amount minus original shipping cost.

Returns MUST be requested within 3 days of receiving your package and you are responsible for the return shipping cost involved. Email to request a return and include the invoice number, date of purchase and the reason of the return.

All returns/exchanges must first be approved, please make sure to email us before sending back any item/s. Items sent back without being approved will NOT be accepted. We must receive the return items within 14 days of the approved return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for it to be processed.

How to start a Return Request

We will email you back the returns address and instructions.

If you receive your order damaged or seems defective, see below. No exchanges are offered at this time.

Summer Heat & Winter Shipping
Please order wax tarts and wax products at your own discretion if you live in a hot climate. Wax Products may melt during shipment and become damaged. Candle Divas will not replace or refund any wax tarts or wax products that are damaged in shipment to a warm and hot climate.

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time. If the weather is cold, please let the boxes warm up before opening.

What happens if my item arrived damaged?

Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. No Exceptions!

If your order was damaged in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement after the lost or damaged items have gone through our loss and damage investigation procedure. Replacements will be shipped by using the shipping method that the customer selected on the original order.

All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. It is unlikely that anything will be damaged as we pack our orders well. If you detect visible physical damage, email ( or call us immediately within 3 days of the order delivery.

We will need Proof of Damage. Photos that clearly show the extent of the damage. Photos of the shipping box as well.
Save the original packaging and everything in the package until your claim is settled. Do not throw out damaged items, even after you photograph them.
Do not reship items that were not damaged. Save them with the damaged items.
You may be asked to take the entire package to your local Post Office facility for inspection. This is how USPS handles damages.
If the post office asks for you to bring in the damaged items and you fail to do so, we will not send a refund or replacement.
We will not send a replacement or refund the damaged item before the claim is processed.
