How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 2 days of delivery of the order.
- Please contact us using the form below to request a refund and we will send you the address of our returns department. We will need the tracking number when you send it back to us. We will issue the refund when we have the package back. We do not provide the cost of shipping when you send a return back.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened or used. These include music, software, and video games. Used Candles and Melts cannot be returned. Merchandise that has been Opened, worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We can not offer returns for our bath and beauty products.
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
