Shipping Policy

In-Stock merchandise will normally ship within 3 to 16 business days from the date of order (business days are considered Monday-Friday).

Most Jewelry and Home Decor Items will take at least 10 days to ship out.

At times we will ship an order is more than one package. If this is needed, we will update the customer account notes and include a note on the packing slip to reflect this.

Our lead times may vary depending on the season or approaching a holiday or sale. We do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time. All Sales are final.

What happens if my item arrived damaged?

Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. No Exceptions!

If your order was damaged in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement after the lost or damaged items have gone through our loss and damage investigation procedure. Replacements will be shipped by using the shipping method that the customer selected on the original order.

All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. It is unlikely that anything will be damaged as we pack our orders well. If you detect visible physical damage, email ( or call us immediately within 3 days of the order delivery.

  • We will need proof of damage. Photos that clearly show the extent of the damage. Photos of the shipping box as well.
  • Save the original packaging and everything in the package until your claim is settled.
  • Do not throw out damaged items, even after you photograph them.
  • Do not reship items that were not damaged. Save them with the damaged items.
  • You may be asked to take the entire package to your Local Post Office facility for inspection. This is how USPS handles damages.
  • If the post office asks for you to bring in the damaged items and you fail to do so, we will not send a refund or replacement.

We will not send a replacement or refund the damaged item before the claim is processed.

Summer Heat & Winter Shipping
Please order wax tarts and wax products at your own discretion if you live in a hot climate. Wax Products may melt during shipment and become damaged. Candle Divas will not replace or refund any wax tarts or wax products that are damaged in shipment to a warm and hot climate.

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time. If the weather is cold, please let the boxes warm up before opening.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. If you contact us stating that you did not receive your order and the tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order, you will need to contact your local post office to find your missing mail that shows as being delivered. Please email us with any questions.

Shipping Rates
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We ship in the USA.

Flat Rate Shipping starts at $8.99, some areas are higher, depending on your shipping location.
